Smita Minda is an animation filmmaker and director based in New Delhi. She graduated from CalArts' Character Animation program in 2021.

Her short film Everyday won Best Animation at the Environmental Film & Screenplay Festival and received multiple awards at Indie Short Fest LA, among ten festival selections. Her work tends to sit somewhere between dark and tender, with occasional detours into the absurd.

She's available for directing, storyboarding, and creative direction, particularly for projects that have something to say.
